I have owned a Clarisonic for about six years and I have gone through spurts where I am all about it and other times when I’m not so faithful. That was up until a year ago when I saw a friend of mine and her skin looked amazing. I asked her what she was doing differently and she said, “I decided to use my Clarisonic daily.” That was all I needed to hear. The brush actually makes your skin more receptive to your products: anti-aging or firming serums, brightening creams or acne treatments. And speaking of brushes, they make 12 replacement brushes for every skin concern, normal to sensitive to deep pore and list goes on. The Clarisonic website also has enough videos on how to use their various products to qualify you for Continuing Education Credits so I am not going to waste your time here on the ins and outs of every device.
I use mine morning and night for one minute. Twenty seconds on my forehead, twenty seconds on my nose and chin and ten seconds on each cheek. I don’t even have to count, it beeps to let me know when to change areas. Before I start with the Clarisonic I thoroughly take off my eye make-up with a Neutrogena Make-Up Remover Cloth and then just swipe the rest of my face with it to loosen the top layer of make-up and then let the Clarisonic work its magic. I use the Clarisonic Refreshing Gel Cleanser and it gets my face squeaky clean and clean skin is the first step to healthy skin. It is an investment but if you consistently use your Clarisonic you will see a difference in your skin. EmilyI’m definitely a Clarisonic faithful as well! While I have also gone through phases of using and not using too, the biggest selling point for me is that it makes all the other products you use after more effective and absorb better.Which brush head is your fave?

Buffy YorkI use the deep pore brush because I am 43 and I think my pores are getting deeper by the minute. I want to try the cashmere one though for times when my face is a little more sensitive after a peel or when I get a little heavy handed with the retinol.

RachelI just got a Clarisonic for Valentines Day and I have to say, it is hands down the best thing I’ve done for my face in a really long time! I am a little obsessed with using it and the results have been so fast. I feel like my skin now has more of a natural glow. I still use my normal face wash (Cetaphil) because my skin is super sensitive. Do you still like the Clarisonic cleanser and do you think it would work on sensitive skin?
