So it is the Monday after New Year’s Day and I am sure everyone is regrouping with New Year’s Resolutions. If clean eating and healthy living made your list this year you will want to continue reading.

Mary Drennen and Tiffany Davis are chefs who forged a friendship early in their careers.  They have spent many days together in the Cooking Light Test Kitchen and many nights catering for folks in Birmingham.  Mary catered for me when I was a pharmaceutical rep, Tiffany catered my wedding (the second one) and I have also attended several incredible parties where collectively they were reponsible for the amazing cuisine served.  Last month they launched their latest venture, Nourish, an online company delivering healthy meals using fresh food for folks that like to eat clean.

Nourish offers breakfast, lunch and dinner options for folks on the go and can be delivered right to your door anywhere in the Continental United States.  Their meals are 95% gluten free, preservative free and free of processed foods.  My favorites are the low-carb options like Herbed Grilled Chicken with Grilled Veggies and Balsamic Beef with Grilled Onions and Sauteed Spinach.  (I am a low-carber because I have found that, and the “divorce diet” to be the only diets that work for me.  The “divorce diet” is crazy expensive and I am not going back down that road.)  An example of a Paleo dish with 35 grams of protein is the Sweet Potato with Pulled Pork and Bacon with Ranch Dressing.  All of Nourish’s creamy dipping sauces are made with homemade mayo that leaves all of the junk out.  As far as Gluten-Free goes, take your pick.  Nourish has 61 different dishes and only three contain gluten.

The beauty of Nourish is that every meal is prepared for you and your needs and personal preferences.  To place an order simply go to www. and select your meals.  Click on each item on the menu for a complete nutritional guide and select your favorite clean meals to be shipped straight to your door.  A minimum quantity of eight items is required for your order and shipping is free.
The Style Gathering readers are offered a special 10% discount off of their entire order in the month of January by using the promo code GATHERING10.

Your Nourish order will arrive in a reusable and recyclable custom cooler box containing reusable frozen gel packs to maintain the proper temperature during shipment.  Each meal is packaged separately in a recyclable microwave safe container that has been heat sealed to ensure that each meal remains intact.  Nourish meals ship on Monday and Thursday so to receive your meals by Tuesday orders must be placed by Thursday and orders to be received by Friday must be placed by Monday.  All meals should be consumed within five days of receiving.

The Style Gathering and Nourish are giving away a small box of your choice of eight meals that will help you to eat clean.  Please use the Rafflecopter below to “Like” Nourish and The Style Gathering on Facebook and enter to win.  The winner will be announced Friday, January 9th 2015.

    They are the best!

Thank you, Buffy! Finally, an option for my new gluten free lifestyle! My family will be so happy because I refuse to cook 2 different dinners a night.

    These meals look delicious!!

I know don’t they? I was starving when I sat down to write it and was craving it all. Especially the pancakes and sweet potatoes stuffed with beef. They are amazing and the horseradish sauce in insanly good.
